Plans include temporarily closing the parlor to undertake renovations aimed at brightening the space and reinstating the tradition of crafting ice cream from scratch by installing new pasteurization equipment.

Additionally, the adjacent café is set to transform into a vibrant coffee shop and creative venue, aligning with the original vision of creating a neighborhood gathering spot.
